UPR Submissions - 40th Session

The 40th session of the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) will take place on 24 January 2022 - 04 February 2022 at the UN Human Rights Council, in Geneva.  Twelve countries will be reviewed during the session: Haiti, Iceland, Lithuania, Moldova, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Togo, Uganda, Venezuela, and Zimbabwe. The SRI collaborated with national NGOs and activists in three countries up for review to prepare the following four stakeholder submissions.
